You may not use RetroRadio.Space to generate hate speech, illegal content, harassment, misinformation presented as fact, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

You retain ownership of your original prompts, plot beats, and character descriptions. RetroRadio.Space grants you a license to use the AI-generated audio output. Pro and Studio subscribers receive commercial-use rights. Free tier output is for personal/non-commercial use only.

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Credits are non-transferable and do not roll over. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party providers (ElevenLabs, Anthropic). Downtime caused by these providers does not entitle refunds, but we will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service (account details, usage data). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Audio files and transcripts are stored securely. You can request deletion of your data by contacting support.

RetroRadio.Space is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall RetroRadio.Space be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notification.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
